If so, we will contact you for a short phone conversation, followed by a more in-depth interview meeting. Next, you will receive a practical assignment to let you tap into a mini version of the role's tasks and requirements. The final step would be our offer to you. It includes details about the position, compensation, benefits, and any other relevant information you need to make an informed decision.

We believe that, regardless of their previous experience, each new team member needs adequate time to get to know our company, team, business priorities and the specific domain. So, instead of squeezing all this knowledge into a day or a week, we've structured a 6-month onboarding program. The program's purpose is to help you get familiar with our processes and culture, and your new role in particular. One of the key things that will happen during your first week is meeting the people you will work closely with at Telerik Academy. You will then have regular meetups with your manager/mentor and a member of the Talent team until the 6th month to give each other feedback and discuss your further development within the team.

Yes, you can choose where to work - at home or in our office. In our current work format, we aim to provide both the flexibility of the home office and the comfort and social bonding of our cozy office.
