Tell us a bit bout TINQIN? What does the company do?
We provide expert solutions and services to various large and strategic players in the European insurance market. TINQIN offers the complete cycle of
development services - from business analysis, software design and prototyping, QA services, post-project maintenance, and support.
What is TINQIN’s mission?
Our mission is to become better with every accomplished project and to satisfy our clients’ needs. At the same time, we need to keep our team motivated and passionate about their work.
Looking back at the challenging year, how did it shape your area of work?
At TINQIN, we are facing the same challenges as most of the companies in the current situation - keeping the business stable and making sure all our colleagues and their families are safe and protected. Currently, we are working remotely. However, for some of our teammates preferring to work in the office, we provide PCR and antigen testing each week so that they can feel safe.
Why do you invest in junior talent?
Before our partnership with
Telerik Academy, our team had reached a point where most of the colleagues from our development teams were with senior profiles. It was then - when we decided - we must invest and support the junior talents so that we can grow together, allowing them to learn and evolve, as well as for our senior teammates to share their knowledge and experience. I must admit the result exceeded our expectations.

I was impressed by the professional approach and dedication of the Academy’s team, and only a few months later, we started reaping the rewards of our partnership. What is your vision for the future? What’s next for TINQIN?
We are glad to share that our projects continue to grow, and we have very ambitious plans for 2021. Although we know we’re facing another challenging year, we keep working further to enlarge our team.
