Telerik Academy connects established software companies and rapidly developing startups with top tech talent that has graduated from Telerik Academy Alpha - our professional program training junior software engineers.
We are proud to announce that Software AG, Bosch Software Innovations, Soft2Run and Bright Consulting are joining our partner network. Alongside with them, our friends from Leanplum and Uber Engineering - Sofia will continue to expand their Bulgarian teams by hiring highly trained manpower.
As part of our partner program, companies have direct access to Telerik Academy Alpha students and information on their tech results and overall performance. Partners are also given the opportunity to present a real business project, on which the students will be working in the last module of their training. Working closely with the students, partner companies are able to get to know the students, how they work in teams and individually, and thus find the right talent for their team.
A six-month interview
Telerik Academy Alpha is in fact a 6-month long interview that aims to assist companies to find the right talent as well as students to choose the best employer. To this end we organize a series of collaborative activities for partners and students. Companies present their business, team, products and services to the participants, and answer questions. Shortly after that, students visit the partners’ offices to get a taste of the company culture and values.
First-class training experience
Participants undergo a 440-hour training in software development combined with sessions on soft skills. The combination of tech and soft skills trainings allows students to join the workforce as Master Junior specialists - professionals who integrate into the companies and start delivering much faster compared to standard junior talent.
According to our latest alumni survey, Telerik Academy Alpha graduates reach the next professional level in less than a year. More than half of them receive remuneration higher than the IT industry average in Bulgaria. Graduates attribute their quick professional development to their training at Telerik Academy.
